Q: "What services do you offer?"
A: I offer a wide variety, including but not limited to: Sports, Music, Commercial, and Portrait photography! I have also started expanding my services into videography and other niche genres of photography!
Q: "How much does (insert service) cost?"
A: As of now, there is no flat rate for any of my services. I tailor my prices and services to your specific instance and needs. Any services do require a 10% deposit in order to guarantee your time with me.
Q: "Are deposits refundable?"
A: If given enough notice or in extreme situations, yes. However, not showing up or failing to communicate at least 24 hours ahead of our scheduled time will not see that deposit returned to you.
Q: "How would you describe your photography style?"
A: For portraits, I aim for what I've dubbed a "Dreamy-Pop" style of work. Something somewhere between a dreamlike and eccentric feel. For my sports, I aim to give a very focused but exciting feel. For concerts, it all depends on the music!
Q: "I've never had someone take my photos before, what do I do?"
A: The good news for you is, that's my job! I'll make sure you're posed as necessary, and together we'll make you feel comfortable and be the best model you can be!
Q: "What is the turn around time on photos?"
A: This is relative to the type of photos you need and how many you're asking for. I will provide a sneak peek within 3-5 days. For 5-10 images, it is roughly a 10-14 day turnaround time for completion, and then you will receive the photos once payment has been completed.
Q: "Will I own the photos once delivered to me?"
A: Absolutely! Once the photos are in your possession, they are yours to do as you please! Your preview images will be low-resolution and heavily watermarked. Once payment is received, you will get the high resolution, non-watermarked photos!
Q: "Can I receive the RAW file for my own use?"
A: No, not without paying a hefty additional price per photo. When you ask for the RAW file, you are asking for ownership over the original file. If you are seeking photos that are unedited, but not the RAW file, please disclose that as that does alter the price as well.
Q: "What is the difference between Projects and Professional services?"
A: Projects are services that I've done for my own personal interest. Professional services are typically more business and formal oriented.
Q: "Where can we take photos at?"
A: Anywhere! Nature is our greatest backdrop! I am willing to travel just about anywhere within reason (including your home if that's where you feel most comfortable), for distances over an hour away there will be additional travel fees added to the price.
